We’ve had a lot of requests for some kind of full length Picatinny rails for these guns that can also act as handguards, our SureShell shell carriers with 18 inch rails and M-LOK accessory mounts are now available for all three of these unique platforms, the Mossberg 590 Shockwave and the Remington Tac-13 and Tac-14 models. 

SureShell carriers with rails are specifically designed to utilize the pre-drilled and tapped mounting holes located on the top of the Mossberg 590 Shockwave and the Remington Tac-13/Tac-14 shotguns (12-GA) receivers. These SureShell carriers include integrated Picatinny rails that extend the length of the barrel.

Mesa Tactical's SureShell Aluminum Carrier and integrated rail feature Picatinny rails machined from aircraft grade 6061-T6 aluminum, which are  mil-spec hard anodized and provide an extremely durable non-glare matte finish. The SureShell aluminum carriers with the integrated rail includes a Mesa Tactical six-shell SureShell shotshell carrier mounted on the left side of the receiver. This version is manufactured in compliance with MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny specifications, and no gunsmithing is required for installation. These new rails offer a perfect solution for adding optical sights and/or lasers to Remington 870/Tac-14 shotguns.
